The show, created by JJ Abrams (Alias) and Damon Lindelof, premiered 22 September 2004 and will return to our screens every Thursday nights at 9pm Eastern/Pacific and 8pm Central beginning January 31, 2008. LOST Season 5 Premieres Wednesday, January 21, 2009
Following a critically-acclaimed fourth season that saw the show be nominated for an Emmy for the first time since its first season, Lost returns for a fifth season on Wednesday, January 21, 2009. The show will return as a 3-hour event, with an hour-long recap at 8pm ET, followed by the first two episodes at 9-11pm ET. The show will then air regularly on Wednesdays at 9pm ET.
